      This is a great article. Weirdly I have just started on a new eating regime, basically cutting out caffeine, dairy, trans fats, white bread, sugar and reducing alcohol consumption and, if I do drink, it’s just a bit of red wine. And the list of foods I am eating includes the foods mentioned in this article. My partner has joined me. We are both feeling happier and more positive and have also lost weight.
