How to Find a Life Purpose

Lady at peace - Eyes Closed

The search for finding a life purpose continues. It’s something so important and enriching that when people don’t have it they can feel like their life is disconnected and lacking in some way.

Life Purpose runs deeper than just setting goals. It’s all about choosing aims and goals that are ‘meaningful’ and the choices you make in life are what create a sense of purpose in life.

I know it can all sound a little confusing and sometimes you might wonder how it’s actually achievable. I can assure you it is though.

Welcome to “How to Find a Life Purpose” where we will be taking you through a series of simple, actionable steps to help you reframe your thoughts by reconnecting with yourself and who you truly are on the inside. Stick with me till the end and it will all make sense.

Hey are you in a hurry? The Magic Of Manifesting book provides 15 advanced techniques to help you attract our best life, even if you think it’s not possible now.

Using manifestation means using the power of your thoughts, feelings, or beliefs to bring something into your physical life. In fact, science has proven that everything is made of energy: objects, animals, thoughts, and humans.

There are laws that control how this energy flows and where it goes. The more you know about these laws, the easier it is to use the energy you have. No wonder that even stars like Will Smith, Jim Carey, Oprah Winfrey, and Lady Gaga swear by manifestation as the secret to their success.

Challenge & Overcome

If you’ve ever told yourself that you can’t do something or you’ve wondered what the point is then the chances are you have limiting beliefs.

Sometimes it can be hard to recognise it within ourselves as we look for justification to support and reinforce how we feel as it makes us feel better.

The truth is though that limiting beliefs create procrastination and they also lead to self doubt and excuses. We might not even mean to do it so it’s important that we start recognising when it happens and taking steps to eliminate this as an issue.

There will be some things that naturally you are better at than others but that doesn’t mean that you can’t grow and develop in these areas.

Develop a Growth Mindset

On the other hand a growth mindset will drive you forwards and inspire you to achieve. This will require effort and patience on your part.

The best part about it is that you are in the driving seat, so take control of what you want to improve on and make it happen. If you keep finding reasons to not do something you wont do it. The more you tell yourself you can do it the more resilience you build over time.

With a growth mindset you embrace any challenges and you develop a solution focused mentality.

Many famous celebrities failed before they made it big. Failure is a stepping stone towards success. It’s all how about how you view things. A growth mindset is more helpful and it helps you develop as a person. The next time you start being hard on yourself for failing just remember that.

My Flow? I hear you say, ha-ha!

They are activities that you can fully immerse yourself into. They require you to be fully present and in the moment as if totally engrossed.

Flow activities can be for the mind or body. Reading, swimming, creative puzzles and problem solving are some examples.

As the title suggests though this is how to find YOUR flow, so, this is where you need to sit and really think about what makes YOU feel creative and energised.

What are you passionate about? I’d make a list of all the things you enjoy or have an active interest in. It really doesn’t matter if you have never tried doing them before because that is one of the things we are going to change.

I started Journaling and was super impressed with the results. Mindset is the first step towards finding your life purpose. I would suggest having a look at a Gratitude Journal as they get you focused and thinking positively.
