This is a great article. Weirdly I have just started on a new eating regime, basically cutting out caffeine, dairy, trans fats, white bread, sugar and reducing alcohol consumption and, if I do drink, it’s just a bit of red wine. And the list of foods I am eating includes the foods mentioned in this article. My partner has joined me. We are both feeling happier and more positive and have also lost weight. Can highly recommend.
Thank you so much Sara. I’m so glad my article has resonated with you. Nutrition is so important. Along with mindset it has the power to heal us. It sounds like your lifestyle changes are having a really positive impact. Being an ex anxiety sufferer myself this is a topic close to my heart. Stay in touch. Take Care Caroline X
